What is the race all about?
The race is a 2 Day Multi-discipline Virtual Event benefitting the ILoveBoobies Charity in aid of raising funds to educate, empower and screen Rural South African Women for Breast Cancer.
Where is it being held?
Participate where you are – anywhere in the world on Saturday 23rd October and Sunday 24th October 2021. Be finished by midnight on the 24th of October 2021 GMT.
What are the options to choose from?
For each day you select any discipline and distance = design your own race
Run / Walk : 5km, 10km or 21km
Ride : 25km, 50km or 100km
Swim : 500m, 1000m or 1600m
Examples : Saturday Ride 50km, Sunday Run 5km or;
Saturday Swim 1000m, Sunday Walk 5km or;
Saturday Run 21km, Sunday Ride 100km
The possibilities / combinations are endless, you choose and yes you can update or change your choices – you will be able to login to your race profile and edit your choice later.
What are the entry options for the 2 days of racing?
IMAGINE: Race participation, downloadable printable race number, digital finishers certificate including a photo or selfie if you uploaded one, Socks or buff, Medal, Goodie Bag, includes your donation towards a breast cancer screening, all for R295.
OR
Free: Race participation, downloadable printable race number, digital finishers certificate including a photo or selfie if you upload one, this is an entry for those with budget issues, but who would still like to participate, dress in a splash of pink and support breast cancer awareness, help us to spread the message. There is no merchandise, medal or goody bag with this entry.
Free Shipping to metropolitan areas in South Africa. Outlying areas attract shipping surcharges. International orders shipping is charged by our carrier DHL.

Can anyone participate?
Absolutely, register for the event, there is no age limit or time restriction to complete your activity each day.
I have signed up and paid, what happens now?
Get training, encourage your friends to join you, plan your pink outfit.
What is the deal with myrun?
ILoveBoobies is myrun’s official charity partner. myrun host a Sunday morning run at venues around the country, they have 30 venues with more opening all the time.
If you have signed up on a paid Imagine Race entry, myrun is gifting you a lifetime membership & timing band. If you signed up on a free entry, myrun will discount their lifetime membership & timing band by 50%.
On the second day of the Imagine Event - Sunday the 24th of October, we encourage you to join the myrun closest to you and show your ILoveBoobies merch proudly. You will receive a voucher to redeem your timing band before the event.
Must I have a Garmin or Smart watch?
If you have one great, it makes keeping track of your distance and time much easier! If you don’t, it is not necessary. This event is based on honesty, on each race day you will be able to upload your results on our website. You will also receive an email with a link so that you can upload your results and your favorite photo for the finisher's certificate. If you submit false results the only person you are cheating is yourself.
What's the deal with Strava?
If you are on Strava, join our event IMAGINE 2021.
Must my distance be exactly what I have selected?
The minimum is the distance you selected when you entered, but if you are one to push the limits you are more than welcome to go the extra distance.
Are we getting a Race Number?
Yes, you will be emailed a digital number, keep it on your phone, or print it out and pin it on. You can also check for your race number on the update entry page.
What exactly happens on Race Day?
You choose your route or venue, make it interesting and fun, stop at your favorite coffee shop along the way, remember to stay hydrated.
You choose the starting time.
You choose your crew/tribe/team mates to participate with or go solo.
Make a note of your start time and finish time and distance if you don’t have a smart device.
Take photo’s; upload your result & your favorite photo to the link you will receive by email each morning or use the website. You have until midnight on the 26th of October 2021 to upload your result.
Are there prizes?
YES, prizes valued at more than R60 000 (51 prizes in total) will be awarded on a lucky draw basis at 12 noon on the 27th of October 2021.

Are there prizes for positions?
No, this event is a mass participation, feel good event, there are no winner winner chicken dinners. There are lucky draw prizes.
Will the results be displayed on the website?
Yes, as we receive your uploads, they will reflect on the website.
What is in the Goodie Bag?
The merchandise you selected with the entry package you chose and ILoveBoobies stickers, tattoos, and a few little surprises from our awesome sponsors, USN, Wintergreen & Assmagic.
When will I get my Goodie Bag?
The Imagine Race Goodie bag will be dispatched from the 4th of October 2021, so that you get it before the race, we would love to see your photos with your tattoos on your calves and wearing your new merch. If you entered in the last week or even on the day, your goodie bag will still be shipped to you.
Are we getting a unique medal?
Yes, in true ILoveBoobies style, it's one you will look at every day. You will also get a digital certificate a few days after the race, this will include your name, time and a photo, if you have uploaded one.
How does my participation make a difference?
By staying healthy and active you stand the best chance of preventing cancer. By talking about ILoveBoobies you create awareness for Breast Cancer and how important it is for Women to regularly check their breasts. Breast Cancer is most prevalent of all cancers. ILoveBoobies provides FREE breast screenings to women who face economical or logistical challenges in South Africa. Proceeds from the sale of merchandise and your entry fee are used to fund the screening program.
