Dole South Africa activated its employees through an internal team challenge to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle, fostering wellness and mental well-being (a little healthy competition didn't go unnoticed). Alongside this initiative, they raised funds to support a greater cause—providing breast cancer screenings for women from underserved communities through the ILoveBoobies screening program.
